Anti-Looting Reward & Cultural Resources Defense Campaign

Reward-Poster_VF_600x775Today, we’re announcing an aggressive new effort to stop looting, vandalism and cultural resource damage. And we need your help!

In partnership with land management agencies, FCM has created a first-of-its-kind Anti-Looting Reward Fund. Friends of Cedar Mesa will pay up to $2,500 for information leading the successful prosecution of looters, vandals, grave robbers, and other perpetrators of serious cultural resource damage. Read all about the Anti-Looting Reward Fund here.

This reward fund is part of a larger, comprehensive Cultural Resources Defense Campaign. We’ve set an aggressive goal of raising $25,000 to ramp up our defense of archaeological resources dramatically over the next 18 months. Read all about the Defense Campaign and contribute to the effort here.
